Les Ore started a car audio company retail store at the young age of 19 with just 6,500 hundred dollars. He grew his small company into a chain of retail stores worth about 12 million dollars. While that company grew, Les started a home theater home audio company as well

Les later got involved with the Tidewater Builders Association of and grew that business as well with approximately twenty builders.

Les grew tired of his previous work, flat screens, man caves, etc. The car audio business eventually became soft over the years as the stock audio quality in cars skyrocketed. Les became interested in custom home building when he saw how badly customers were being treated. Les has been involved and built many homes displayed at the annual Homearama show in Hampton Roads and has won numerous awards each year for twelve years straight. He’s built homes anywhere from $230k to $2 million dollars. Les’s number one thing is that it is all about the customer and customer service.  This is what he really strives for. He takes each build, whether large or small, and treats it just like it’s his own and in today’s world that’s what’s important
